I discovered this painting after driving a few hours north to explore the art collection of a kind man in Marin, California. He said his dad had collected all of the paintings and that he was looking to sell. Right when I saw this painting it immediately intrigued me - and it continues to do so.
 
The painting is in impeccable condition. The frame has some noticeable blemishes and markings.
